Below you will find the helicopter transfer prices per person to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya during the Formula 1 Barcelona–Catalunya Grand Prix 2026.
Prices are based on shared flights with a minimum of three passengers per helicopter.
Private flights are available on request. For private bookings with fewer than three passengers, the remaining seats must be paid in order to reach the minimum of three seats per helicopter.

Minimum 3 passengers per flight. If you’d like a helicopter all to yourselves, that would be a different price.

Sunday: Car transfer from Heliport (LETA) to Circuit Catalonia.
Note: On Sunday, you can enter the Paddock via shuttle, but we are unable to pick you up due to traffic congestion after the race.
Please note, for informational purposes, that the walking time between the heliport and the paddock is approximately 35 minutes. This is relevant in case you choose not to book the vehicle, as it will be the alternative way to move between both points.

Payment amounts and conditions:
Payment must be made in advance, using your preferred payment option.

Cancellation policy:
If weather conditions are not good enough to do the activity on the agreed day I will propose 2 options:
Otherwise, if weather conditions are good on the agreed day but you can’t do the activity after you make your payment, I will not return your payment because my team and I can’t work for any other client on the day booked by you.
Payment options, only in EUROS:
CASH PAYMENTS: There are no additional charges for cash payments.
CREDIT CARD: For payments made by credit card, an additional fee of 2% for bank commissions applies.
The commission is not refundable for order cancellations since the bank charges the processing and management expenses incurred from the moment of the transaction.
