GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
1.- FLIGHT PRESENTATION: Passengers must show up at the heliport or at the take-off point at least 15 minutes before departure time.
2.- DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED: Before the flight, passengers must present the booking document and the ID, passport or an equivalent identification document in force.
3.- MINORS: must be always accompanied by an adult who will act as their responsible. Children under 2 years old will not be allowed to fly
4.- PREGNANCY: For safety reasons, pregnant women may carry out the flight under their responsibility and with the duty to notify the company at the time of booking.
5.- WEIGHT LIMITATIONS: For operational reasons, there is a maximum weight per passenger of 120 kg or not to exceed the maximum weight authorized for each helicopter
6.- PASSENGER CONDUCT: If, in the judgment of the helicopter commander or any member of the crew, the conduct of a passenger could endanger the integrity of the persons or aircraft, access to the flight will be denied.
7.- ON BOARD: Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotics or eating is not allowed.
8.- DANGEROUS GOODS: It will not be accepted to transport in the hold or in the cabin compartment, without the express prior consent of BGH, the elements that could endanger the helicopter or the persons or goods on board the helicopter, such as specified in the Dangerous Goods Regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), which include, without limitation, gas bottles, flammable liquids and solids, poisons, radioactive material, corrosives, firearms, and explosives. If you have any questions about which items you can transport in the cabin of the aircraft or in the hold, or where you should transport certain items, please contact us before your trip or ask at the sales counter or at the service counter to the client when he arrives at the heliport. Passengers are not allowed to enter the aircraft items that pose a risk to the health of passengers and crew, as well as for the safety of the aircraft and goods.

If weather conditions are not good enough to do the activity on the agreed day I will propose 2 options:
Otherwise, if weather conditions are good on the agreed day but you can’t do the activity after you make your payment, I will not return your payment because my team and I can’t work for any other client on the day booked by you.
