Booking conditions in HELIPORT DEL PORT DE BARCELONA:

• A reservation is not considered made until the full payment of it.
• Mandatory to present ID or passport for boarding.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or modify flights, subject to meteorological, technical or administrative conditions.
• For boarding, a metal detector arch will be used.
• The flight schedule is from 10am to 2pm. The hours of the flights are assigned and reported 1 day before the flight date, but it will be in the aforementioned time slot.

Cancellation policy:

If weather conditions are not good enough to do the activity on the agreed day I will propose 2 options:

• Return your payment to you, or
• Do it another day.

Otherwise, if weather conditions are good on the agreed day but you can’t do the activity after you make your payment, I will not return your payment because my team and I can’t work for any other client on the day booked by you.

Payment options, only in EUROS:

• Payment by credit or debit card: I will send you a link with the amount to pay, using the secure REDSYS system.
• Payment via PayPal: Send money to my PayPal account xirli@flywithxirli.com
• Payment by bank transfer from a Spanish bank:
  This option is only available if you make the transfer from a Spanish bank. If you choose this option I will send you the necessary bank details so that you can make the transfer.
  Remember to include bank transfer costs in your transfer to me. If you choose to return the money by bank transfer, the transfer costs will be borne by you.

BILLING:
Please give me your information (Name, Telephone Number, Passport Number and your Address), so that I can send you the invoice when carrying out the activity.
