To ensure a smooth and safe experience, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:

1️⃣ Passport Details

Full name (as shown on the passport).
Nationality.
Passport number.
Passport expiration date.
🔒 This information is required to comply with airport regulations and will be handled with strict confidentiality.

2️⃣ Passenger Weight

Weight (in kg) of each passenger, including hand luggage.
This information is crucial for weight balance and flight safety. ⚖️

3️⃣ Billing Information

Full name or company name for invoicing.
Complete billing address (street, postal code, city, country).
NIF/CIF or equivalent identification number.
Contact phone number and email.

🕒 Flight Schedule

4️⃣ Arrival time at the circuit helipad:

Essential for coordinating reception at the circuit.

5️⃣ Departure time from the circuit helipad:

Payment amounts and conditions:

Payment must be made in advance, using your preferred payment option.

I also offer you a GIFT-VOUCHER. You can write a personalized message in the VOUCHER.

Cancellation policy:

If weather conditions are not good enough to do the activity on the agreed day I will propose 2 options:

Return your payment to you, or
Do it another day.

Otherwise, if weather conditions are good on the agreed day but you can’t do the activity after you make your payment, I will not return your payment because my team and I can’t work for any other client on the day booked by you.

Payment options, only in EUROS:

CASH PAYMENTS: There are no additional charges for cash payments.

CREDIT CARD: For payments made by credit card, an additional fee of 2% for bank commissions applies.

The commission is not refundable for order cancellations since the bank charges the processing and management expenses incurred from the moment of the transaction.
