Hello, my name is Xirli,
and I look forward to taking you to fly in a Hot air Balloon.
But before flying, it is important for me to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable whilst in the air, so you can fully enjoy this wonderful experience..
My motto is: “You’ll be flying at the very best Barcelona flying sites according to the weather forecast, with a personalize plan that suits you and your flying needs”.
Fly with Xirli offers full service premium hot air balloon flight. It is an exclusive tour, which includes a pick-up and drop-off service. We meet early in the morning. It will take half a day to complete the activity. Then I’ll drop you off at your accommodation in Barcelona.
Anoia is peaceful region near Barcelona with a unique beauty. The trip goes above wheat and barley fields, vineyards and Mediterranean forests. The castles are common in the small villages on this region and the hot air balloon will also fly above some of this villages. The Montserrat Mountain, a must in every trip to Barcelona, will be a perfectly-shaped background landscape that will allow enjoying its views from a different perspective. The Anoia region has a long history in hot air ballooning, becoming the perfect place to enjoy this activity. Igualada, the capital of the region, also holds the European Balloon Festival, a hot air balloon festival that joins pilots from all over the world during the second week of July.
Bages is in the center of Catalonia. Flying in Bages will make you enjoy the landscape of the north face of the magic mountain of Montserrat. From the air, we can appreciate the majesty of a land that has to keep in its monuments from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles. Nature will not leave us indifferent, with fertile land that allows producing quality wine with Origin Denomination of Pla de Bages and natural food products. It’s a land of contrasts thanks to the diverse cultural, historical and architectural heritage, that keep all the ages and styles. El Bages will make us enjoy it from the air and once we land, there are plenty of tourist offers.
Flying over the city of Vic is a unique feeling. You will discover old city monuments from the air, as the Vic Main Square. After that, guided by the air, you will fly over fields and little villages surrounded by nature. As a background, the Pyrenees, where we will see the Pedraforca and the mountains that border Catalonia with France.
Flying in a hot air balloon in Costa Brava means enjoying from a different point of view the landscape that inspired many poets and artists. Costa Brava is a beauty reference, a rural region by the side of Ter river, with the sea as a peaceful soundtrack, with a fragrance and colour from the Mediterranean.
Lleida is one of the zones of Catalonia with the greatest diversity of natural areas and offers activities for nature lovers. Ballooning in the area of Lleida will allow you to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of fields and small villages in the midst of immensity. Flying in Lleida allows you to choose between multiple different places to fly. It is a place with exceptional weather conditions to fly.
Flying in a hot air balloon in La Cerdanya means flying above the widest valley in Europe. Natural on its soul, the views of the Pyrenees are incomparable and unique. A must do on a trip in Catalonia. Enjoy the Serra del Cadí’s massif on bird’s eye view, and plenty of other beautiful mountains that create the magical Pyrenees. The beauty of this landscape is undeniable, from sumbediterranean forests, beech forests, boreal pine forests and subconiferous forests, with black pine and spruce.
The flight takes approximately one hour, during which the pilot will give explanations of how the balloon works and the secrets and curiosities of the area that is being flown. Balloon flight is a calm and relaxing activity that allows you to fly in the air with no sound other than that of the burner being activated.
Silence and nature will surround you, and you will enjoy a beautiful landscape from a totally different point of view. After landing, the support car will come to collect the balloon.
If you have the whole day off, I suggest you spend the whole day together doing more activities. We can end up doing so many things that were not initially in the plan.
Fly with Xirli accompanying service will pick you up at your accommodation (please write me your address), we will drive to flying site + Return to Barcelona.
Payment amounts and conditions:
Payment must be made in advance, using your preferred payment option.
I also offer you a GIFT-VOUCHER. You can write a personalized message in the VOUCHER.
Cancellation policy:
If weather conditions are not good enough to do the activity on the agreed day I will propose 2 options:
Otherwise, if weather conditions are good on the agreed day but you can’t do the activity after you make your payment, I will not return your payment because my team and I can’t work for any other client on the day booked by you.
Payment options, only in EUROS:
DOMESTIC PAYMENTS: There are no additional charges for domestic payments.
CREDIT CARD: For international payments made by credit card, an additional fee of 2% for bank commissions applies.
PAYPAL: For international payments through PayPal, an additional charge of 5% is applied for bank commissions.
The commission is not refundable for order cancellations since the bank charges the processing and management expenses incurred from the moment of the transaction.

Planned air balloon ride and visited Montserrat. Carles took us on personal tour and he is amazing. If you want the best experience visiting Barcelona, I highly suggest you work with Carles. You will remember the tour for a long time with best memories and experiences.
Xiril was amazing. He made the hot air balloon experience a very memorable one. We had a special request to bring a cake to celebrate birthdays. He not only brought the cake but made it very special by having us cut the cake on the field where we landed. It was amazing!!
Xiril also helped us with Montserrat tour. He is very knowledgeable and a bundle of energy!!
